This 1/2 peruvian is a sweetheart. She is straight and well balanced. Her lovely fiber is fine with tiny and well defined crimp reminding us of her sire’s blue ribbon winning fleece (See Avalon Farm Alpaca’s herdsire listing for AFA Peruvian Nevar.) Judge Maggie Kreiger commented, “I would be happy to have her in my own herd”
Her dam’s black and grey lineage and her sire’s history of throwing colorful crias gives Melody the potential to throw beautifully colored crias of her own.
